2. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment modes as indicated on the website.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select orders and locations. Please note that COD orders may incur additional processing time.

Orders will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed or the COD request is accepted.

3. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution and the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • Each product, especially those made with handblock printing, may have small irregularities — these are not defects but characteristics of handcrafted goods.

  • Customized Products: Custom orders may require additional time for delivery and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 6 to 8 working days.

  • Delivery Time: Expected delivery is within 3 to 5 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Public Holidays & Circumstances: Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

  • COD Orders: COD shipments may take longer depending on delivery location.

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure accurate shipping details are provided. VastraVaran is not responsible for delays or extra costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges or returns are accepted within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery only in the following cases:

    • Damaged product received

    • Incorrect size or item received

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the bill or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are only processed when the error is on our end and will be initiated within 10 business days of approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Customized Orders

  • Customization Fee: ₹300 per garment.

  • Payment: COD is not available for customized items.

  • Processing Time: Customized orders may take longer to dispatch.

  • Non-Returnable: All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Provide accurate measurements as per our guide.

    3. Order will be accepted only after confirmation from VastraVaran.
