OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Color Differences: Actual product colors may slightly vary from those displayed on screens due to different monitor settings and resolutions.

  • Handblock Characteristics: Minor irregularities in prints or weaves are not considered defects — they are a natural part of our handcrafted process and showcase the unique artistry behind every piece.

Each garment is individually made, reflecting the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

2. Quality Checks

  • All products undergo multi-level quality checks before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Only products that pass our inspection are shipped to customers.

3. Reducing Carbon Footprint

  • As part of our eco-friendly, made-to-order model, we aim to reduce waste and unnecessary returns.

  • If a minor issue can be easily fixed by a local tailor, we encourage customers to do so — this small step helps reduce carbon emissions.

  • Please avoid unnecessary exchanges or returns unless there is a genuine issue from our end.

4. Exchange & Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Exchanges or returns are accepted within 48 hours (2 working days) of product delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Applicable Situations:

    • Product received is damaged

    • Incorrect product or size received

  • Condition of Items:

    • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed

    • Must include the bill and original packaging

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please ensure that returned items are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the issue is verified as a fault from our end.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Process:

  • We currently do not offer reverse pickup services — customers must self-ship the return item to our address.
