Product Variations

• Color Differences: The actual color of products may vary slightly from what you see on your electronic screen due to different screen color settings and resolutions.
• Handblock Characteristics: Irregular prints or weaves are not defects but are hallmarks of our handblock products, showcasing their unique beauty and craftsmanship.

Quality Checks

• All our products undergo multi-level quality checks to ensure they meet our high standards.

Reducing Carbon Footprint

• If a minor issue can be managed or altered by your local tailor, please consider avoiding a return request. This helps us contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.
• As we operate on a made-to-order basis to practice eco-friendly measures, please avoid exchanges or returns unless there is a fault from our end.

Exchange and Return Policy

• Eligibility: We offer exchanges or returns within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery. No requests will be accepted after this period.
• Exchange Charges: A charge of ₹250 will be applicable to cover the shipping costs for both sides.
• Applicable Situations for Exchange:
  1. Damaged products
  2. Receiving a different product or size than what you ordered
  3. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with bill, and in its original packaging
  4. Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if there is a fault from our end.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for shipping charges for returning your item. However, we will return the shipping charges as well after the inspection if there is any fault on our end.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
