Cancellation Policy
At VastraVaran, we understand that plans can change. As we operate on a made-to-order basis, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while supporting our sustainable production process. Please review the details below.
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Time Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Production Status: Once your order enters production, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Custom Orders: Orders with custom measurements or special requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Email Us: Send your cancellation request to support@vastravaran.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Include Details: Mention your order number, email address used during checkout, and the reason for cancellation (optional).
- Order Changes: If you need to change your order (size, color, address), please contact us within 12 hours. We will try to accommodate changes before production begins.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Full Refund: Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Orders Already in Production
- Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
- You may still be eligible for exchange or return if the product received is defective or different from what you ordered (see our Return & Exchange Policy).
Special Notes
- Bulk Orders: Bulk and wholesale orders have separate terms and cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
- We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
